We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size ordered

• Change of mind

• Buyer's remorse

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want every order to arrive exactly as intended.

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

• Missing from your order

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or provide another appropriate solution if the issue is determined to be our error.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears to be missing, please:

• Check around your delivery location.

• Ask neighbors or household members.

• Contact the shipping carrier directly.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist before your order enters production.
